         Advantage 1: The microstructure of the TICN coating of fine nano-particles has high toughness, high hardness, high oxidation resistance, and can complete a frictionless chip removal with an extremely lubricating appearance, so that the excellent performance of the workpiece can be fully displayed. Compared with TIN coating treatment, the surface brightness is better, the friction coefficient is small, the hardness is high, and the oxidation resistance is strong.

The factors of failure are usually wear, corrosion, fusion, adhesion, etc. The problem is not only to delay the consumption cycle, but also to greatly increase consumption costs, which in turn affects the competitiveness of enterprises. To this end, the industry has successively introduced different treatment plans, and the titanium-plated surface treatment technology is a favorite plan that can most effectively deal with the above-mentioned problems. PVD coating technology can be widely used in all kinds of tools, molds, mechanical parts, medical devices, etc. that cause failure due to wear, seizure, corrosion, adhesion, and fusion.
