Management methods for scrapping of wire drawing dies:

　　① For molds that are naturally worn and cannot be repaired, the appraisal department should write a scrap form, and indicate the reason, the shape of the part, the change of dimensional accuracy and the out-of-tolerance, and the relevant technical department shall go through the scrapping procedures after appraisal.

　　②The responsible person should fill out the scrap form for the damaged mold, indicate the reason, and go through the scrap procedures after approval.

　　③If the mold is scrapped due to the pattern revision or process change, the design department should fill in the scrap form, stating the revised drawing number and reason, and after the process department countersigns it, it shall be discarded according to natural wear and tear.

　　④ After the mold is tested or unqualified and cannot be repaired, the technical department organizes the process, design, manufacturing, and inspection departments to analyze together to find out the reason and then scrap it.
