Wire Drawing Die processing technologyStraight wire drawing die refers to the processing of straight lines on the surface of aluminum plates by mechanical friction. It has the dual function of brushing the surface of the pin plate and decorating the surface of the aluminum plate. Straight line drawing has two types: continuous thread and intermittent thread. The continuous silk pattern can be obtained by continuously horizontally rubbing the surface of the pin plate with a white scouring cloth or a small rust steel brush (for example, by manual grinding under the condition of a current device or by brushing the wire brush on the aluminum plate with a planer). Change the wire diameter of the small rust steel brush to obtain a small and thick grain. Intermittent silk threads are generally produced by processing on a brush or a grater. The principle of production: two sets of differential wheels rotating in the same direction, the upper group is a fast rotating grinding roller, the lower group is a slow rotating rubber roller, and the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate passes through the two sets of rollers and is brushed out. The delicate and intermittent nine-grain, the chaotic curve is a kind of matte silk pattern with irregular and no obvious lines obtained by moving the guide plate back and forth, left and right and left under the high-speed running copper wire brush. This kind of processing requires higher surface requirements for aluminum or aluminum alloy plates.


The corrugation is generally prepared on a brushing machine or a rubbing machine, and the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate is brushed by the axial movement of the upper set of grinding rolls to obtain a wave pattern.


Rotating, also known as optical rotation, is a kind of silk thread obtained by using a cylindrical felt or a stone nylon wheel mounted on a drill bed, using kerosene to refine the polishing ointment, and pinching or pinning the surface of the alloy plate for rotary polishing. It uses a dozen round signs and a small decorative dial for the wrinkle processing.


The thread is a small motor with a circular felt on the shaft, which is fixed on the table top, at an angle of about 60 degrees to the edge of the table, and a pallet with a fixed aluminum plate is pressed and attached to the carriage. A straight edge polyester film is used to limit thread competition. Using the linear movement of the felt 晌rotation and the carriage, the width of the thread is rubbed on the surface of the pin plate.


Sand blasting is to obtain the surface of the film decoration or the fine reflective surface to meet the special design requirements such as gloss softness. Uniform and moderate blasting can basically overcome the common defects of the aluminum surface.


For exterior parts, whether it is brushed or sandblasted, it is usually necessary to do surface oxidation treatment. As for which processing technology to choose, it should be a problem to be considered in relation to the modeling. The surface texture obtained by the two processes is still different. In addition, there is a process similar to sand blasting, but using a chemical corrosion. The method is commonly known as chemical rotten sand treatment or chemical sand surface corrosion, especially suitable for aluminum surface treatment, and the uniformity of the sand surface is much better than sandblasting. Chemical sand surface corrosion is divided into acid corrosion and alkaline corrosion. Different surface colors and grit thickness can be obtained with different corrosive solvents and sanding agents.
